New Client Intake + Plan
This is your foundation session. We’ll go over your goals, lifestyle, movement history/injuries, and what’s realistically sustainable for you. You’ll leave with a simple personalized plan you can actually repeat—aka your “this is how I show up for myself” structure.
Private 1:1 Yoga
A fully customized session built around your body and your goals. Expect hands-on coaching (only if you want it), smart modifications, and a flow that supports where you’re at today—mobility, strength, stress relief, recovery, or building consistency. Great if you want personalized attention and faster progress.
Small Group Private
Bring your people. This is a private session for you + your crew—friends, partners, roommates—max 4 so everyone still gets attention and options. We’ll pick a vibe (chill + stretchy, strength + flow, stress relief, etc.) and make it feel like a mini experience.

Workshops
A deeper experience focused on a specific theme (yin + nervous system reset, hip/opening + mobility, heart-opening, stress relief, breathwork, journaling, etc.).
Workshops are slower, more intentional, and designed to help you leave with something you can use again and again—not just a good sweat.
Private Events
Perfect for birthdays, bachelorettes, team events, girls’ nights, retreats, or just a “we need a reset together” moment. I’ll customize the flow to match your group and the vibe—chill and restorative or upbeat and energizing.
Optional add-ons: themed playlist, breathwork finish, mini journaling ritual, mocktail/cocktail tie-in depending on venue.
